Cleansing Statement – Issue of Shares and Options - Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
Wednesday, 9 December 2009: On 3 December 2009, Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX : ESI; ESIO) ( Company ) announced an issue of fully paid ordinary shares and listed options ( Placement Securities ) to sophisticated, experienced and professional investors. Together the placements were for a total of 60,000,000 shares and 30,000,000 listed options, raising a total of $2,640,000 before costs and expenses.
The Company gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that:

the Company issued the Placement Securities without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

(1) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

(2) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information (as that term is defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act).
