APPOINTMENT OF CORPORATE ADVISOR
Tuesday, 1 April 2008 : The Board of ECT (ASX:ESI) has pleasure in announcing that it has appointed PhillipCapital, a member of the Intersuisse Group, to assist it in corporate planning and implementation. It is expected this role will involve corporate advisory and capital markets work to support strategic interest in ECT’s design and construction of the Latrobe Valley demonstration plant in the latter part of 2008.
PhillipCapital is the corporate advisory arm of Intersuisse Limited that has assisted emerging companies in corporate advisory and capital market activities.
