BACCHUS MARSH UPDATE

Environmental Solutions International is pleased to announce it has secured the final private debt funding package of \$2 million for the completion of the Coldry and Matmor test plants at Bacchus Marsh

"This allows the completion of the pilot project which will prove the ability to commercialise the technology" said Chairman Murray D'Almeida.

The completion of the project is on track for early 2007.

ESI have also taken the next step in their strategic management restructure plans, announcing the appointment of Danny Mills as company CEO. Mr. Mills brings significant energy industry experience to the company through senior operational and business development executive roles with Yallourn Energy and CLP.

More recently, Mr. Mills has lead market development activities for maior international technology companies and has a very good understanding of the local and international markets for ESI Ltd technologies and products.

Mr. D'Almeida said that Mr. Mills knowledge and experience would provide significant support to ESI Ltd and looked forward to the continuing evolution of the company under Mr. Mills leadership.
