Resignation of Company Secretary

31 July 2023: Environmental Clean Technologies Limited ( ECT or Company ) advises that Mr Arron Canicais has resigned as Company Secretary effective today. The Company would like to thank Mr Canicais for his contribution to the Company over the past 2 years and wishes him the very best for the next stage of his career.

Mr Kian Tan remains as the sole company secretary and will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.
