Director Resignation
Thursday, 24 April 2014: Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ECT or Company and ASX code:ESI) today received a letter from Director, Lloyd Thomson advising his retirement from service on the Board.
Chairman Glenn Fozard stated, "Mr Thomson brought to the Board his significant business experience, and while his tenure was relatively short, his contributions to the Board and the Company's strategic focus are very much appreciated".
Mr Thomson commented, "I am confident the Board and Executive are focused on delivering the commercialisation outcomes needed to drive shareholder value, and wish them every success".
Managing Director Ashley Moore stated "We thank Lloyd for his experience, contribution and counsel".
