Appointment of Company Secretary
Tuesday 4 December 2012: Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ESI) (ECT or Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Giles as Company Secretary of the Company and its subsidiaries effective immediately. This appointment follows the resignation of John Osborne as Company Secretary of the ECT group of companies.
Adam is currently the Operations Manager for ECT and has been with the Company for over six years. He brings to his new role a depth of understanding of the Company and its technologies, and a broader commercial experience.
John has been the ECT group Company Secretary for over three years and the Directors thank him for his assistance and service during his tenure.
