Director resigns
Monday, 4 July 2011 : Environmental Clean Technologies Limited ( ECT ) (ASX:ESI) announces that Dr Dennis Brockenshire has resigned for personal reasons with immediate effect.
The retiring Chairman, Mr Dave Woodall, expressed his appreciation for Dr Brockenshire’s considerable commitment to ECT, the Board and its deliberations since his appointment in May 2008.
The Company is actively seeking a replacement for the departing directors of ECT.
