Appointment of Director

Friday, 8 May 2009: Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX:ESI) is very pleased to advise that Stephen Carter has agreed to join the Board of Directors.

Mr Carter brings extensive management and marketing experience and familiarity in the securities and derivatives industry, having most recently been CEO of the Spotlight retail group and the Royal Agricultural Society.

Mr John Hutchinson, Deputy Chair of ESI said “Stephen’s credentials and approach are impressive. He will be a valuable addition to the Board and brings a complementary skill set to the Board that will be invaluable as ESI implements its commercial strategy post acquisition of the Coldry intellectual property.”
