RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Chairman of Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX:ESI), Mr Murray d'Almeida today announced that the Board had accepted the resignation of Mr Sachlan Fraval as a Director of the Company, effective today.

"I regret to advise that due to significant current and near future business commitments, Mr Sachlan Fraval has seen fit to resign as a Director of the Company.

As a Director, and a former Chairman of the Company, Sachlan has made a substantial contribution to setting the Company on its course of commercialisation of its patented Coldry and Matmor processes.
