RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Directors of Environmental Solutions International Limited ("ESI") would like to announce the retirement of Faldi Ismail from the Board of Directors to take effect on 22 June 2006.

ESI's Director Sachlan Fraval commenting on Faldi's retirement said "he has played a significant steering role in getting us to this point and graciously hands over to those with a different role in the new phase of the company."
