Mr Sean Peter Henbury has been appointed Company Secretary of Environmental Solutions International Limited with effect from 21 December 2005.

Mr Henbury is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) degree. Mr Henbury is a founding principle of the accounting firm FJH Solutions Pty Ltd which provides extensive compliance, company secretarial and taxation advice to corporate groups within Australia. Mr Henbury has been the company secretary of a number of companies, and is regularly called upon to advice Directors of their duties.
