Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
30 August 2024: Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT) (“ ECT ” or the “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company’s Annual General Meeting is intended to be held on Monday, 21 October 2024.
In accordance with clause 13.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 6 September 2024.
Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by 5:00 p.m. (WST) on Friday, 6 September 2024.
