ADDENDUM TO NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING PREPARED BY ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (ABN 28 009 120 405)

IN RESPECT OF A GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT 11.00AM (EST) ON 12 MAY 2006

After releasing a copy of the Notice of General Meeting to ASX, it has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that some of the information in the Explanatory Statement is not completely accurate.

In Sections 4.2.3, 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 of the Explanatory Statement there are references to "Big Heart Productions Pty Ltd (formerly Markstone Pty Ltd)". These references and the references to the Controller and Associates are to be deleted and replaced with the information below:

	Douglas Townsend	50%

The amendments above also apply in relation to any references to "Big Heart Productions" Pty Ltd (formerly Markstone Pty Ltd)" in the Independent Expert's Report.

This Addendum serves are notice of amendments to the information set out in the Notice of General Meeting (and specifically the Explanatory Statement and Independent Expert's Report).
