Energy Group: German NewCo EnergyOnSite GmbH established to seize the opportunities of the DACH market
S. Angelo di Piove di Sacco (PD), 21 July 2025 – Energy S.p.A., an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, (ISIN Code IT0005500712, Ticker ENY), parent company of the Energy Group, a full system technology manufacturer, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) leader and cloud and engineering services provider, announces that a company incorporated under German law, in the form of a limited liability company (GmbH), called "EnergyOnSite GmbH", has been established today.
The NewCo, with a share capital of Euro 25,000, is wholly owned by Energy S.p.A. and will be managed by a sole director.
The establishment of the new company aims to oversee the DACH area (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) in a structured and strategic way, seizing the significant growth opportunities offered by a rapidly expanding market, in particular the German one, which is confirmed as one of the most attractive in Europe for the diffusion of storage systems, both in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment and at grid scale. Among the different areas of Germany, the Munich area stands out for its economic, infrastructural and technological importance, representing the most advantageous choice to locate the headquarter of the new company and start activities in the DACH market.
The newly established company will be supported in the management of the business by the executive and operational structure of a company of Energy Group, EnergyOnSite S.r.l., based in Vipiteno and formed by a team of German-speaking people who have specific expertise in the design and installation of energy management systems (storage, control and storage management).
