Energy Group, the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Enermore S.r.l. approves the change of company name to EnergyOnSite S.r.l.
The new name represents a strategic step that strengthens the identity of Energy Group and underlines the desire to consolidate synergies between the subsidiaries
Sant'Angelo di Piove di Sacco (Padua), November 26, 2024 – Energy S.p.A., listed on the EGM segment (Ticker: ENY), leading the Energy Group, a manufacturer of all the hardware and software technology of the BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) systems and related services, such as cloud control and engineering support, announces that the Shareholders' Meeting of its subsidiary Enermore S.r.l. met on Nov. 25th 2024 in extraordinary session and approved the company name change to EnergyOnSite S.r.l.
The transition from Enermore S.r.l. to EnergyOnSite S.r.l. represents a strategic step that reinforces Energy Group's identity and strengthens synergies between its subsidiaries. The new name embodies the desire to develop an integrated ecosystem, aimed at covering the entire supply chain of energy storage systems (BESS) and related services.
EnergyOnSite, specializing in consulting, design, and installation control, will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Group's expertise in integrating storage systems into energy production plants. This name change represents only the first step in a broader strategy, with the aim of consolidating Energy Group's expertise to provide solutions capable of responding to the growing needs of the energy sector.
