ENERGY S.P.A.: INTEGRATION OF THE 2024 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Sant'Angelo di Piove di Sacco (Padua), 29 July 2024 – Energy S.p.A., an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, head of the Energy Group, full system technology manufacturer, leader in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) systems and service provider cloud and engineering, announces the following integration compared to the calendar of corporate events for the 2024 financial year announced on January 30, 2024:

27 September, 2024	Conference call with the financial market for the presentation of the consolidated financial results as at June 30, 2024

It is also specified that on 26 September 2024, the Board of Directors will be convened to approve the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2024, voluntarily subjected to limited accounting review, by virtue of the recent acquisition of 90% of the share capital of Enermore S.r.l. completed on 18 June 2024 (see press release).

The Company will promptly notify the market of any changes to the above.

The Group is an evolution of Energy S.p.A., founded in 2013 by Davide Tinazzi, Andrea Taffurelli and Massimiliano Ghirlanda, listed from 1 August 2022 on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange (ISIN code IT0005500712, Ticker ENY), which they joined in 2023 and 2024 respectively, the companies EnergyInCloud S.r.l. and Enermore S.r.l..

To date, there are over 60,000 systems sold by Energy and already installed throughout the country, dedicated to the residential, commercial, industrial, utilities and electric mobility markets. As of December 31, 2023, revenues amounted to Euro 63.3 million and net profit to Euro 5.6 million.

Among the most important projects carried out are the large plant in Comiso, Sicily, consisting of an agrivoltaic system and a photovoltaic field; the large plant dedicated to the CAAB in Bologna; the Smart Grids in numerous municipalities in Sardinia and Lombardy, a Condominium Energy Community in Switzerland where the individual hubs exchange energy according to needs.

The Energy Group's sales channels include both general distributors of electrical material and photovoltaic specialists and the company also works with large European EPCs. The proximity of the Company's logistics to the offices of the main distributors has led the Energy Group to have solid partnerships with players on the Italian and European markets.
