Energy S.p.A.: directors Tinazzi and Taffurelli, CEO and CTO, purchase shares in Energy and express their intention to continue to invest in the company.
S. Angelo di Piove di Sacco (Padua), November 17, 2023 – Energy S.p.A., an integrated energy storage systems producer, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ISIN IT0005500712, Ticker ENY), announces that it has received notification from shareholders and directors Davide Tinazzi, co-founder and CEO, and Andrea Taffurelli, co-founder and CTO, of the acquisition on date November 15, 2023, of the issuer's shares through the respective holding companies Elmagi S.r.l., for a total of 20,000 shares at a weighted average price of 1.2025 Euro and Freman Holding S.r.l., for a total of 20,000 shares at a weighted average price of 1.2027 Euro.
Both directors have expressed their intention to continue to purchase shares in Energy S.p.A, being personally convinced that the current share price does not reflect a correct valuation of the company and its industrial plan.
