Transeuro Energy to be delisted from Oslo Axess

Transeuro Energy to be delisted from Oslo Axess

At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of Oslo

Børs resolved to delist the shares in Transeuro

Energy Corp from Oslo Axess. The last day of trading

will be 15 October 2014.

Transeuro Energy has been suspended from trading

since 3 June 2014 because the company has not

publicly disclosed the annual report for 2013 and the

quarterly interim report for the first quarter of

2014. Additionally, the company has not publicly

disclosed the interim report for the second quarter

of 2014. Financial reporting is one of the most

important sources of information that investors use

to price shares.

The decision may be appealed to the Stock Exchange

Appeals Committee under the provisions of the Stock

Exchange Regulations Chapter 8. The deadline for

submitting an appeal is two weeks.
