Delisting of Transeuro Energy upheld by the The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee

At its meeting on 18 November 2014, the Stock

Exchange Appeals Committee considered an appeal by

Transeuro Energy Corp against the resolution passed

by Oslo Børs on 24 September 2014 to delist the

company's shares from Oslo Axess pursuant to Stock

Exchange Act section 25 (1).

The Committee passed the following resolution:

on the delisting of the company's shares from Oslo

Axess is hereby upheld.
