ENERGY SPA GRANTS INTEGRAE SIM THE ROLE OF EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR FROM 1 JULY 2024

Sant'Angelo di Piove di Sacco (Padua), 18 June 2024 – Energy S.p.A., an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, head of the Energy Group, full system technology manufacturer, leader in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) systems and service provider cloud and engineering, communicates, pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the consensual interruption of the role of Euronext Growth Advisor and Specialist Operator with Stifel Europe Bank AG, who will remain in office until 30 June 2024 included, and the assignment of the role of Euronext Growth Advisor to Integrae SIM S.p.A. who will take over from 1 July 2024 included, subject to the completion of the activities necessary for issuing to the Italian Stock Exchange the declaration required by Schedule 2, section C, of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.

The appointment of the new Specialist is underway and will be promptly communicated to the market.

Among the most important projects carried out are the large plant in Comiso, Sicily, consisting of an agrivoltaic system and a photovoltaic field; the large plant dedicated to the CAAB in Bologna; the Smart Grids in numerous municipalities in Sardinia and Lombardy, a Condominium Energy Community in Switzerland where the individual hubs exchange energy according to needs.

The Energy Group's sales channels include both general distributors of electrical material and photovoltaic specialists and the company also works with large European EPCs. The proximity of the Company's logistics to the offices of the main distributors has led the Energy Group to have solid partnerships with players on the Italian and European markets.
