NOTICE OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

SDX Energy Inc. (TSXV, AIM: SDX), the North Africa focused oil and gas company, announces that the Company's Annual and Special General Meeting ("the Meeting") of shareholders is to be held at the Holiday Inn London Oxford Circus, Meeting Room 3, 57-59 Welbeck Street, London, W1G 9BL, London, United Kingdom, on Thursday the 18th day of May, 2017 at 9:00 am (UK time). The Company confirms that the Management Information Circular, dated 6 April 2017, has been mailed to registered shareholders. A copy of the Management Information Circular is available on the Company's website (www.sdxenergy.com) and on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).
