SDX Energy Inc. (TSXV, AIM: SDX), the Egypt focused oil and gas business, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Friday 16 September at 8.30am in Calgary and is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the AGM were duly passed.
