MINUTES OF ENEL'S NOTEHOLDERS MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 9 th , 2021 HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED
Rome, December 29th , 2021 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel" or the "Company") informs that the minutes of the Noteholders' Meeting of the following subordinated non-convertible hybrid bond issued by Enel, held on December 9 th, 2021, is available to the public on the Company's website (www.enel.com), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ():
• 900,001,000 euros Perpetual 6 Year Non-Call Capital Securities (formerly 900,001,000 euros maturing May 24 th, 2080) with 900,001,000 euros in circulation (ISIN: XS2000719992).
