ENEL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND GENERAL MANAGER FLAVIO CATTANEO BUYS ENEL SHARES
Rome, November 23 rd, 2023 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel" or the "Company") announces that Flavio Cattaneo, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, yesterday purchased 1,000,000 Enel shares through a company fully controlled by him, at the weighted average price of 6.3996 euros per share. With these new purchases, which follow those carried out on July 27 th and May 31st, 2023, Flavio Cattaneo increased his portfolio to 2,500,000 Enel shares, for a total value of approximately 16 million euros1 .
