Appendices 3H and 3Y - Late Lodgment Notice

Enegex Limited ( ASX: ENX ) (“ Enegex ” or “ the Company ”) has today lodged four (4) Appendices 3Y “Change of Directors Interest” notices in respect of the holdings of each of its Directors, which have changed following the issue of ordinary shares in lieu of director fees. An Appendix 2A and s708A Cleansing Notice have also been lodged in respect of the share issue.

In respect of two (2) of the 3Y notices for Ms Raewyn Clark and Dr Robina Sharpe, these notices also include a notification in respect of the expiry of $0.04 options which expired, unexercised, on 25 November 2024. In respect of this change, the Company advises as follows:

• The Appendices 3H and 3Y relating to the changes which occurred on the expiry of options on 25 November 2024 have been lodged late due to an administrative oversight.

• Directors are required to notify the Company of any changes in their interests in Company securities. In this instance, the Appendices 3Y were lodged late due to an administrative oversight following the expiry of unlisted options. No securities were bought or sold by Directors. Additional procedures are now being implemented by the Company in conjunction with its share registrars.

• The Company is satisfied that its procedures are adequate to ensure compliance with Listing Rule 3.19B
