S708A Notice – Share Issue

Enegex Limited (“Enegex” or “the Company”) has today issued 493,795 new fully paid ordinary shares ( Director Placement Shares ) in connection with the placement announced on 26 February 2026. Issuance of the Director Placement Shares was approved by shareholders at a General Meeting held on 15 April 2026.

s708A Notice

The Company gives notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that:

1. the Company issued the Director Placement Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; and

2. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

   • a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • b. section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company in accordance with Section 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
