Enegex Limited (ASX: ENX) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Enegex Limited (‘ENX’) will be halted at the request of ENX, pending the release of an announcement by ENX.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 26 February 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ENX’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Trading Halt Request

Enegex Limited (ASX:ENX, Company ) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in a trading halt with immediate effect.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market in relation to a capital-raising.

2. The Company expects the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of the time it makes the announcement to the market and commencement of trading on 26 February 2026.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the request for the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market regarding the trading halt.
