Significant New Gold Prospects – West Yilgarn

Highlights

  • New tenure secured over significant gold prospects in the Perenjori and Three Springs areas of the West Yilgarn

  • At Perenjori, strong surface gold anomalism extends along a 6.5km corridor at the Rocky Ridge Prospect. Anomalism peaks at 520ppb Au and 19 samples have greater than 100ppb Au

  • Anomalism follows trend of a prospective geological zone over 20km long, with promising structural positions under transported cover and along strike targets for aircore testing

  • Past shallow RAB & aircore drilling has confirmed a bedrock gold source, defining areas of surface and end of hole (EOH) >100ppb Au gold anomalism. Shallow drill results of 7m @ 2.52g/t Au EOH, 7m @ 1.14g/t Au EOH and 6m @ 0.98g/t Au indicate potential for the system to host commercial grade mineralisation

  • At Three Springs, past auger sampling has returned open ended anomalism to 151ppb Au and several magnetic trends (greenstone/gneiss terrain) are completely unexplored for gold

  • Enegex sees excellent potential for exploration to reveal new bedrock gold mineralisation at both Prospects

Enegex (ASX: ENX , the Company ) is pleased to report that it has secured new gold targets to strengthen its strategic tenure position in the West Yilgarn metals province of Western Australia (Figure 1) . The exploration licence applications are consistent with its aim to secure and test high-value gold and copper targets in an area where it has considerable operating experience.

Rocky Ridge Gold Prospect

At the Company’s large Perenjori Project , a new exploration licence application covers the Rocky Ridge gold prospect (Figure 1) , across an area of significant gold anomalism first identified by a subsidiary of Dominion Mining Ltd during 2007-2010, ahead of its takeover by Kingsgate Mining Ltd in 2010. Dominion carried out widespread regional sampling throughout the wheatbelt of WA, and Rocky Ridge was a strong gold target to emerge from this work.

Rocky Ridge is situated on the central and western part of a curved aeromagnetic and gravity trend extending more than 20km and is defined by auger gold anomalism over 6.5km of strike (Figure 2) . Gold grades commonly exceed 100ppb Au and are contourable over wide areas at >20ppb Au. The Prospect represents a significant regional gold anomaly.

In detail, gold anomalism follows the magnetic trend and is strongest where the soil and laterite profile is shallow. Anomalism is locally dissected by areas of deeper transported material, and these on-trend positions offer promising targets for future aircore drilling.

Dominion completed detailed auger sampling, a grid of shallow RAB and aircore drilling, and eight RC holes. Drilling focused on a 1.5km portion of the auger anomaly ( Figure 3 ), outlining significant and widespread near surface gold underlain by zones of >0.20g/t Au anomalism in bedrock ( Figure 4 ).

Figure 3. Rocky Ridge Prospect – all historical drilling and peak downhole gold assays on aeromagnetic imagery. Strike extension targets are based on auger anomalism, and areas on-trend that are unsuitable for auger sampling (orange shade).

Much of the Dominion RAB and aircore drilling was shallow (average hole depth 29m), reflecting a stripped weathering profile. Despite limited depth penetration this work returned drill results to 7m @ 2.52g/t Au EOH , 7m @ 1.14g/t Au EOH and 6m @ 0.98g/t Au ( Table 1 ) indicating potential for commercial grades, and several traverses have consecutive drillholes ending in anomalous gold ( Figure 4 ).

Anomalous intercepts and drillhole details are outlined in Table 1 , Table 2 and all past exploration in Appendix 1 .

Since 2010 the area has been held and explored by a private company. Information on that stage of work will be compiled when it becomes available on Open File at the Geological Survey of WA (GSWA).

The orientation and style of mineralised structures remains to be determined, but the wide distribution of near-surface and oxide gold mineralisation points to exploration potential . Enegex sees an excellent opportunity to locate new and stronger bedrock gold mineralisation along the broader Rocky Ridge anomalous trend and will undertake detailed data compilation and on-ground geological work to firm-up future drill targets.

Three Springs

The Company has also secured a large new exploration licence application over a series of aeromagnetic features interpreted to represent folded greenstone and gneiss. The area is largely unexplored for gold besides a local auger sampling grid designed for nickel-copperPGE exploration. Importantly this grid was also assayed for gold and returned zones of raised anomalism aligned with aeromagnetic features, and spot results to 151ppb Au . Anomalism is open to the edge of sampling in several locations ( Figure 5 ), pointing to immediate follow-up potential.

The remaining portions of the tenement appear to be underlain by similar geology and therefore warrants field reconnaissance and first-pass geochemical sampling. This generally comprises soil or auger samples collected alongside access tracks and fence lines.

Exploration access to freehold farmland is subject to landowner consultation and consent, and any exploration programs are secondary to day-to-day farming activity. Enegex is grateful for the high level of landowner co-operation it has experienced, including widespread access for its low-impact sampling programs.

Appendix 1: JORC Code (2012 Edition), Assessment and Reporting Criteria

Perenjori Rocky Ridge Prospect Area

Section 1: Sampling Techniques and Data

Criteria JORC Code Explanation Explanation
Sampling
Techniques

Nature and quality of sampling
(e.g. cut channels, random chips,
or specific specialised industry
standard measurement tools
appropriate to the minerals under
investigation, such as down hole
gamma sondes, or handheld XRF
instruments, etc.). These
examples should not be taken as
limiting the broad meaning of
sampling.

Include reference to measures
taken to ensure sample
representivity and the appropriate
calibration of any measurement
tools or systems used.

Aspects of the determination of
mineralisation that are Material to
the Public Report.

In cases where ‘industry standard’
work has been done this would be
relatively simple (eg ‘reverse
circulation drilling was used to
obtain 1 m samples from which 3
kg was pulverised to produce a
30 g charge for fire assay’). In
other cases more explanation
may be required, such as where
there is coarse gold that has
inherent sampling problems.
Unusual commodities or
mineralisation types (eg
submarine nodules) may warrant
disclosure of detailed information.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge RC, AC and RAB
drilling was collected at 1m intervals and
sampled as 5m composites for RC, and 3m
composites for AC and RAB drilling. 1m bottom
of hole samples were collected for AC and RAB
holes. Mineralised RC composite samples were
later sampled at 1m intervals. DMIRS WAMEX
reports did not indicate if the samples were split
or contain sample weights.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge auger samples
were collected from depths between 0.1m to
9.0m but were predominantly collected from a
depth of less than 1.5m. Preference was given
to collecting nodular calcrete, although rare in
some areas, or in the absence of calcrete,
laterite, lag and then soil.

No information was found for the Dominion
Mining Rocky Ridge drilling for the assessment
of representivity of the sampling.
Drilling
Techniques

Drill type (e.g. core, reverse
circulation, open-hole hammer,
rotary air blast, auger, Bangka,
sonic, etc.) and details (e.g. core
diameter, triple or standard tube,
depth of diamond tails, face-
sampling bit or other type,
whether core is oriented and if so,
by what method, etc.).

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge RC drilling was
completed by Grimwood Davies drill contractor.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge AC and RAB
drilling was completed by Drillpower drill
contractor.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge auger drilling
was completed using a trailer mounted auger
rig.

Further drilling details are not publicly available.
Drill sample
recovery

Method of recording and
assessing core and chip sample
recoveries and results assessed.

Measures taken to maximise
sample recovery and ensure
representative nature of the
samples.

Whether a relationship exists
between sample recovery and
grade and whether sample bias

Enegex have no knowledge of the sample
recovery from the Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge
drilling. No record of sample recovery has been
identified.

11

Criteria JORC Code Explanation Explanation
may have occurred due to
preferential loss/gain of
fine/coarse material.
Logging
Whether core and chip samples
have been geologically and
geotechnically logged to a level of
detail to support appropriate
Mineral Resource estimation,
mining studies and metallurgical
studies.

Whether logging is qualitative or
quantitative in nature. Core (or
costean, channel, etc)
photography.

The total length and percentage
of the relevant intersections
logged.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge RC, AC and RAB
drill chips were qualitatively logged for lithology,
mineralogy, mineralisation, weathering,
alteration and colour.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge auger samples
were logged for regolith type.
Sub-
sampling
techniques
and sample
preparation

If core, whether cut or sawn and
whether quarter, half or all core
taken.

If non-core, whether riffled, tube
sampled, rotary split, etc and
whether sampled wet or dry.

For all sample types, the nature,
quality and appropriateness of the
sample preparation technique.

Quality control procedures
adopted for all sub-sampling
stages to maximise representivity
of samples.

Measures taken to ensure that
the sampling is representative of
the in-situ material collected,
including for instance results for
field duplicate/second-half
sampling.

Whether sample sizes are
appropriate to the grain size of
the material being sampled.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge RC, AC and RAB
drill samples from WAMEX report A075819 were
collected as grab samples and the samples from
the WAMEX report A078444 are spear samples.

Information pertaining to Dominion Mining Rocky
Ridge drilling data with respect to splitting,
QAQC procedures, representivity of the sub-
samples, duplicate samples, sample sizes and
moisture content, laboratory preparation or any
other quality control work was not identified in
publicly available information.
Quality of
assay data
and
laboratory
tests

The nature, quality and
appropriateness of the assaying
and laboratory procedures used
and whether the technique is
considered partial or total.

For geophysical tools,
spectrometers, handheld XRF
instruments, etc., the parameters
used in determining the analysis
including instrument make and
model, reading times, calibrations
factors applied and their
derivation, etc.

Nature of quality control
procedures adopted (e.g.
standards, blanks, duplicates,
external laboratory checks) and
whether acceptable levels of
accuracy (i.e. lack of bias) and
precision have been established.

Information pertaining to Dominion Mining Rocky
Ridge drill samples laboratory preparation was
not identified from publicly available information.

Laboratory analysis for all of the Dominion
Mining Rocky Ridge drilling was completed by
Genalysis Laboratories, Maddington. The RC,
AC and RAB composite samples were analysed
for Au using either S/AAS or B/SAAS (aqua
regia digest) and all bottom of hole samples
were assayed for multi-elements (Au, Ag, As,
Cr, Cu, Mo, Ni, Sb, Sn, Ti, Zr, W and Zn) using
B/ICP MS/OES.

The Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge auger
samples were analysed using B/ETA (Au),
B/AAS (Ars, Cu, Pb), AT/AAS (Cr, Ni, Zn) or
AT/MS (Bi, Mo, Sn, Te, W).

The details of the methods used for assaying
and laboratory procedures are unknown so it is
unknown if they are appropriate.

No records of any QAQC (use of blanks,
standards, duplicates etc.)isrecordedinthe

12

Criteria JORC Code Explanation Explanation
WAMEX source documents for the Dominion
Mining Rocky Ridge drilling. The accuracy,
precision, or bias in the analyses is unknown.
Verification
of sampling
and
assaying

The verification of significant
intersections by either
independent or alternative
company personnel.

The use of twinned holes.

Documentation of primary data,
data entry procedures, data
verification, data storage (physical
and electronic) protocols.

Discuss any adjustment to assay
data.

Enegex could not find any information that
verified anomalous intersections or results from
the Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge drilling. No
holes were twinned. Two RC holes were
scissored with additional RC holes.

Primary data for Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge
drilling was abstracted from digital spreadsheets
and reports from publicly available DMIRS
datasets and there were no details on any data
procedures or protocols or adjustments to
assays.
Location of
data points

Accuracy and quality of surveys
used to locate drill holes (collar
and down-hole surveys),
trenches, mine workings and
other locations used in Mineral
Resource estimation.

Specification of the grid system
used.

Quality and adequacy of
topographic control.

All of the Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge drill hole
location data was collected in GDA94 Zone 50.

A Garmin GPS76 GPS (±5m accuracy) was
used to locate drill hole collar positions.

The downhole survey file in DMIRS WAMEX
report number A078444 pertaining to the
Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge RC holes does
not contain downhole survey data. It is assumed
downhole surveys were not completed.
Data
spacing and
distribution

Data spacing for reporting of
Exploration Results.

Whether the data spacing, and
distribution is sufficient to
establish the degree of geological
and grade continuity appropriate
for the Mineral Resource and Ore
Reserve estimation procedure(s)
and classifications applied.

Whether sample compositing has
been applied.

Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge RC, AC and RAB
drilling has been completed at a variable hole
spacing of between 10m to 30m and line
spacing of 50m to 100m. AC and RAB samples
were collected as 3m composites with an end of
hole sample. RC samples were collected as 5m
composites with follow up 1m samples if
composite results were anomalous.

The Dominion Mining auger drill holes have
been spaced at 100m with 200m spaced lines
and lessor 100m and 400m spaced lines.

The data collected is insufficient for a Mineral
Resource estimation or classification.
Orientation
of data in
relation to
geological
structure

Whether the orientation of
sampling achieves unbiased
sampling of possible structures
and the extent to which this is
known, considering the deposit
type.

If the relationship between the
drilling orientation and the
orientation of key mineralised
structures is considered to have
introduced a sampling bias, this
should be assessed and reported
if material.

The orientation of mineralised structures has not
been established with a high degree of certainty.

Most of the Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge drill
samples have been collected from weathered
rock which may be depleted or enriched in
mineralisation compared to samples collected in
fresh rock.
Sample
security

The measures taken to ensure
sample security.

Enegex have no knowledge of measures taken
by Dominion Mining to ensure sample security.

reviews

The results of any audits or
reviews of sampling techniques
and data.

Enegex has no knowledge of any external audits
or reviews of the Dominion Mining sampling
techniques and data. Enegex has not carried out
any audits or reviews of the historical sampling
techniques.

interpreted to be granulite facies.

Enegex Limited | ASX: ENX | Unit 24, 589 Stirling Highway

14

Criteria JORC Code explanation Explanation

The mineralisation at Rocky Ridge is
interpreted to be of orogenic style and is
hosted within quartz veins and shear zones
with minor associated sulphides.
Drill hole
Information

A summary of all information
material to the understanding of the
exploration results including a
tabulation of the following
information for all Material drill holes:
o
easting and northing of the drill
hole collar elevation or RL
(Reduced Level – elevation
above sea level in metres) of the
drill hole collar
o
dip and azimuth of the hole
o
down hole length and
interception depth
o
hole length.

If the exclusion of this information is
justified on the basis that the
information is not Material and this
exclusion does not detract from the
understanding of the report, the
Competent Person should clearly
explain why this is the case.

The Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge AC and
RAB holes includes 427 drill holes. In the
interest of reporting only the information
which is relevant (drilling that occurred in
areas that are believed to have gold
mineralisation potential), the full series of drill
holes are not listed here. Information
regarding relevant holes is listed where
necessary in the body of the text and any
excluded information has been deemed
unimportant with regards to the purpose of
the text. This data was sourced from publicly
available documents – DMIRS (Western
Australia) WAMEX Reports A075819 and
A078444.

The positions of all 8 RC holes and AC and
RAB holes are listed in Table 2.

The Dominion Mining Rocky Ridge auger
hole samples were not collected as intervals
and can essentially be considered as being
point samples. The location of significant
results is shown in the body of this report.
The full drill hole details can be found in
WAMEX report numbers A099006 and
A078444.
Data
aggregation
methods

In reporting Exploration Results,
weighting averaging techniques,
maximum and/or minimum grade
truncations (eg cutting of high
grades) and cut-off grades are
usually Material and should be
stated.

Where aggregate intercepts
incorporate short lengths of high-
grade results and longer lengths of
low grade results, the procedure
used for such aggregation should be
stated and some typical examples of
such aggregations should be shown
in detail.

The assumptions used for any
reporting of metal equivalent values
should be clearly stated.

All intersections are calculated by a weighted
average technique according to the sample
lengths. High grades have not been cut.

Reported intersections for historical data has
been calculated from relevant DMIRS data
files.

Aggregate intercepts have not been used.
Relationship
between
mineralisati
on widths
and
intercept
lengths

These relationships are particularly
important in the reporting of
Exploration Results.

If the geometry of the mineralisation
with respect to the drill hole angle is
known, its nature should be
reported.

If it is not known and only the down
hole lengths are reported, there
should be a clear statement to this

All intersections are reported as down hole
lengths. True widths are not known with
certainty.

The orientation of mineralisation has not
been established with a high degree of
certainty due to only 8 RC holes being
drilled. Preliminary indications are the
primary mineralisation dips steeply to the
east. Weak flat lying supergene

Criteria JORC Code explanation Explanation
effect (e.g. ‘down hole length, true
width not known’).
mineralisation within pisolitic gravel and
shallow saprolite may also be present.
Diagrams
Appropriate maps and sections (with
scales) and tabulations of intercepts
should be included for any significant
discovery being reported. These
should include, but not be limited to
a plan view of drill hole collar
locations and appropriate sectional
views.

Relevant diagrams have been included
within the main body of text.
Balanced
reporting

Where comprehensive reporting of
all Exploration Results is not
practicable, representative reporting
of both low and high grades and/or
widths should be practiced to avoid
misleading reporting of Exploration
Results.

Only selected results have been discussed in
the text from the Dominion Mining Rocky
Ridge drilling where these have been
identified as potentially significant in the
context of this report. The vast majority of
drill holes, although they may provide
geological and geochemical information, do
not directly indicate the presence of
undiscovered mineralisation, and so are not
discussed in the report in any detail.
Other
substantive
exploration
data

Other exploration data, if meaningful
and material, should be reported
including (but not limited to):
geological observations; geophysical
survey results; geochemical survey
results; bulk samples – size and
method of treatment; metallurgical
test results; bulk density,
groundwater, geotechnical and rock
characteristics; potential deleterious
or contaminating substances.

There is no other exploration data which is
considered material to the results reported in
this document.
Further work
The nature and scale of planned
further work (eg tests for lateral
extensions or depth extensions or
large-scale step-out drilling).

Diagrams clearly highlighting the
areas of possible extensions,
including the main geological
interpretations and future drilling
areas, provided this information is
not commercially sensitive.

Future exploration programs are under
development.

Refer to main body of this document.

Past auger sampling exploration work completed
by S2 Resources Ltd can be found in WAMEX
report A133699.

S2 Resources 2022 auger drilling samples were
collected from an approximate depth of 50cm to
150cm. A bulk sample of approximately 500g
was collected in a calico bag and a fraction was
then sieved to -180 microns to produce a 150g
sample collected into a geochemical paper bag.
The -180 micron sample was analysed by pXRF
on site and then sent to a laboratory for fire
assay analysis. DMIRS WAMEX reports did not
indicate if the pXRF instrument was calibrated.

the material being sampled.

All of the samples collected in the S2 Resources
2022 auger program were collected as a
nominal 500g bulk sample in a calico bag. The
samples were then sieved to -180 microns to
produce a 150g sample that was placed in a
paper bag for pXRF analysis. The samples were
later sent to the Minanalytical Laboratory in
Canning Vale for further analysis.

A sample sieve size of -180 microns is
considered appropriate for XRF analysis.

Enegex have not identified any information
regarding laboratory sample preparation,
moisture content, field quality control procedures
or grain size of material sampled for the S2
Resources 2022 auger program.
Quality of
assay data
and
laboratory
tests

The nature, quality and
appropriateness of the assaying
and laboratory procedures used
and whether the technique is
considered partial or total.

For geophysical tools,
spectrometers, handheld XRF
instruments, etc., the parameters
used in determining the analysis
including instrument make and
model, reading times, calibrations
factors applied and their
derivation, etc.

Nature of quality control
procedures adopted (e.g.
standards, blanks, duplicates,
external laboratory checks) and
whether acceptable levels of
accuracy (i.e. lack of bias) and
precision have been established.

The S2 Resources 2022 auger program
samples wereanalysed on site using an
Olympus Delta portable pXRF for a multi-
element suite (Mg, Al, Si, P, S, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr,
Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb,
Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ta, W, Hg, Pb, Bi, Th, U).
Beam times were set to 35 seconds and it is
unknown if any calibration factors were used.

Laboratory analysis for the S2 Resources 2022
auger program samples was completed by
Minanalytical, Canning Vale. Samples were
analysed for Au, Pt and Pd by Fire Assay
method FA25MS. The methods used for
assaying and laboratory procedures are
considered appropriate and to industry
standards.

No records of any QAQC (use of blanks,
standards, duplicates etc.) is recorded in the
DMIRS WAMEX reports for the pXRF or
laboratory analysis for the S2 Resources 2022
auger program.

of sampling
and
assaying

The verification of significant
intersections by either
independent or alternative
company personnel.

The use of twinned holes.

Documentation of primary data,
data entry procedures, data
verification, data storage (physical
and electronic) protocols.

Discuss any adjustment to assay
data.

Enegex could not find any information that
verified anomalous results from the S2
Resources 2022 auger program. No holes were
twinned.

Primary data for theS2 Resources 2022
auger programwas abstracted from digital
spreadsheets and reports from publicly
available DMIRS datasets and there were
no details on any data procedures or
protocols or adjustments to assays.
Location of
data points

Accuracy and quality of surveys
used to locate drill holes (collar
and down-hole surveys),
trenches, mine workings and
other locations used in Mineral
Resource estimation.

Specification of the grid system
used.

Quality and adequacy of
topographic control.

S2 Resources 2022 auger program location data
was collected in MGA94 Zone 50.

Data
spacing and
distribution

Data spacing for reporting of
Exploration Results.

Whether the data spacing, and
distribution is sufficient to
establish the degree of geological
and grade continuity appropriate
for the Mineral Resource and Ore
Reserve estimation procedure(s)
and classifications applied.

Whether sample compositing has
been applied.

S2 Resources 2022 auger program samples
were collected at a sample spacing of 40m and
a line spacing of between 200m and 400m. The
sampling covered a strike length of
approximately 11km. The samples were not
composited.

The data collected is insufficient for a Mineral
Resource estimation or classification.
Orientation
of data in
relation to
geological
structure

Whether the orientation of
sampling achieves unbiased
sampling of possible structures
and the extent to which this is
known, considering the deposit
type.

If the relationship between the
drilling orientation and the
orientation of key mineralised
structures is considered to have
introduced a sampling bias, this
should be assessed and reported
if material.

The S2 Resources 2022 auger program lines
are orientated at a high angle to the main
magnetic features in the area.

The location and orientation of mineralised
lithological units or structures is unknown.

Drill hole
Information

A summary of all information
material to the understanding of the
exploration results including a
tabulation of the following
information for all Material drill holes:
o
easting and northing of the drill
hole collar elevation or RL
(Reduced Level – elevation
above sea level in metres) of the
drill hole collar
o
dip and azimuth of the hole
o
down hole length and
interception depth
o
hole length.

If the exclusion of this information is
justified on the basis that the
information is not Material and this
exclusion does not detract from the
understanding of the report, the
Competent Person should clearly
explain why this is the case.

The S2 Resources 2022 auger holes were
drilled to a depth of between 50cm and
150cm. Samples were not collected as
intervals and can essentially be considered
as being point samples. The location of
significant results are shown in the body of
this announcement. The full drill hole details
can be found in the WAMEX report number
A133699.
Data
aggregation
methods

In reporting Exploration Results,
weighting averaging techniques,
maximum and/or minimum grade
truncations (eg cutting of high
grades) and cut-off grades are
usually Material and should be
stated.

Where aggregate intercepts
incorporate short lengths of high-
grade results and longer lengths of
low grade results, the procedure
used for such aggregation should be
stated and some typical examples of
such aggregations should be shown
in detail.

The assumptions used for any
reporting of metal equivalent values
should be clearly stated.

Not applicable to this report.
Relationship
between
mineralisati
on widths
and
intercept
lengths

These relationships are particularly
important in the reporting of
Exploration Results.

If the geometry of the mineralisation
with respect to the drill hole angle is
known, its nature should be
reported.

If it is not known and only the down
hole lengths are reported, there
should be a clear statement to this
effect (e.g. ‘down hole length, true
width not known’).

Not applicable as no widths or intersections
have been reported.
Diagrams
Appropriate maps and sections (with
scales) and tabulations of intercepts
should be included for any significant
discovery being reported. These

Not applicable as no widths or intersections
have been reported.

Sample locations for samples with significant
assayresults are providedwithinthisreport.

Criteria JORC Code explanation Explanation
should include, but not be limited to
a plan view of drill hole collar
locations and appropriate sectional
views.

Location plans of the main areas of interest
are contained within this report.
Balanced
reporting

Where comprehensive reporting of
all Exploration Results is not
practicable, representative reporting
of both low and high grades and/or
widths should be practiced to avoid
misleading reporting of Exploration
Results.

Only selected results have been discussed in
the text from the S2 Resources 2022 auger
program where these have been identified as
being potentially significant in the context of
the announcement. The vast majority of drill
holes, although they may provide geological
and geochemical information, do not directly
indicate the presence of undiscovered
mineralisation, and so are not discussed in
the report in any detail.
Other
substantive
exploration
data

Other exploration data, if meaningful
and material, should be reported
including (but not limited to):
geological observations; geophysical
survey results; geochemical survey
results; bulk samples – size and
method of treatment; metallurgical
test results; bulk density,
groundwater, geotechnical and rock
characteristics; potential deleterious
or contaminating substances.

There is no other exploration data which is
considered material to the results reported in
this document.
Further work
The nature and scale of planned
further work (eg tests for lateral
extensions or depth extensions or
large-scale step-out drilling).

Diagrams clearly highlighting the
areas of possible extensions,
including the main geological
interpretations and future drilling
areas, provided this information is
not commercially sensitive.

Future exploration programs are under
development.
