Withdrawal of Share Purchase Plan
Enegex Limited (Enegex or the Company) (ASX: ENX) advises that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) detailed in the letter to shareholders dated 7 February 2023 has been withdrawn effective immediately. Any application monies will be refunded in full.
It has come to the Company’s attention that a disclosure document is required for any options offered under a SPP. As the letter to eligible shareholders was not accompanied by a prospectus or other disclosure document, the Company has decided to immediately withdraw the SPP.
