Enegex Limited (ASX: ENX) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Enegex Limited (‘ENX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ENX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 17 March 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Enegex Limited (ASX: ENX) (Enegex or the Company) requests that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company’s securities be placed into a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a proposed equity placement ( Placement ).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a Placement.

2. The Company requests that the securities remain in a trading halt until the earlier of such times as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the Placement or the commencement of normal trading on 17th March 2023

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
