Listing of previously issued options
Enegex Limited (ASX: ENX) (Enegex) advises that it has decided to seek listing for 12,645,525 $0.03 (3 cent) options expiring 31 August 2022.
These options were granted in 2020 and are not currently listed.
Enegex has decided to apply for listing of these options in order to reduce administrative costs and provide option holders with greater flexibility. The company will incur a single listing fee in place of a repeated listing fee each time the options are exercised, and new shares are issued. Holders of these options will also now have an additional avenue to realise value from their holding.
Timing
The options will trade from Thursday 18th March 2021 under the ASX code ENXOA. Option holders will be sent new holding statements to reflect the change in code on Wednesday 17th March 2021.
An Appendix 2A will be lodged for this purpose. Attached is a distribution schedule and top 20 holders list.
