Enegex Limited (ASX: ENX) is pleased to launch a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to fund exploration work at its Ni-Cu-PGE exploration projects in Western Australia.
Enegex will offer shareholders on the share register as at 23 November 2021 with registered addresses in Australia and New Zealand (“Eligible Shareholders”) the opportunity to apply for a maximum of $30,000 worth of New Shares in the Company without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs.
New Shares will be issued at a price of $0.08, together with a 1 for 1 unlisted option with a strike price of $0.14 and an expiry date of 30 June 2024.
Up to approximately 25,000,000 shares and 25,000,000 unlisted options will be issued under the SPP to raise up to $2 million. Enegex reserves its right to scale back applications (in whole or in in part) in its absolute discretion.
The funds raised from the SPP will be applied to Enegex’s forward exploration programs at its West Yilgarn Ni-Cu-PGE projects. Covering 3,784km[2] , Enegex is one of the largest tenement holders in the region and strategically positioned to capitalise on the growing demand for battery metals globally.
Details concerning the SPP will be provided in a Plan Booklet to be dispatched to shareholders on or about 1 December 2021.
