Option Price for Directors, Executive and Consultant

Enegex Limited (“Company”) confirms that shareholder approval will be sought at the Company’s annual general meeting today for the grant 4,000,000 Director Options and up to 2,000,000 Executive and Consultant Options as outlined in the Notice of Meeting dated 29 September 2020 as released to ASX on 2 October 2020.

The exercise price for the Options proposed to be issued to Directors, an Executive and a Consultant is $0.092 (9.2 cents).

Full terms and conditions of the Director, Executive and Consultant Options are disclosed in the Notice of Meeting.

The Company will advise the outcome of the meeting this afternoon.
