Change of Auditor
Enegex Limited (ASX: ENX) ( ENX or Company ) advises that, further to the resolution passed by Shareholders at the Company’s 2023 AGM, HLB Mann Judd has now been appointed as the Company’s auditor.
The appointment will take effect from today’s date, with the Company having received consent from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) to the change and formal notice of resignation from the outgoing audit firm, Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd .
The Board’s decision to change auditors was made following a consultation process, and HLB Mann Judd was chosen on the firm’s reputation and experience, particularly with similar sized resource companies.
The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Grant Thornton for their assistance and services to the Company to date.
