APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR

Enegex NL (ASX Code: ENX) (Enegex) is pleased to advise that Raewyn Clark has been appointed to the Board of Enegex as a non-executive director. This increases the size of the board from three directors to four.

Mrs Clark has more than fifteen years’ experience focussed primarily on the upstream oil and gas sector. Mrs Clark’s experience includes business development, financial modelling and analysis, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions as well as managing joint venture partners, government, regulator and investor relations.

Mrs Clark will add her specialist expertise and corporate experience to the Board and bring a wide range of operational, commercial and project development knowledge, as well as oil and gas industry experience, to the Company.

Mrs Clark is also a director of Octanex N.L. and Peak Oil & Gas Limited.
