RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Enegex NL ( ASX Code: ENX) ( Enegex ) advises that Bob Coppin has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr Coppin has been a director of Enegex since 2012 and is thanked for his contributions.

This reduces the size of the board from four directors to three.
