Body of the report:

The ENEA S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 16 December 2021,in consequence of the capacity market auction for 2026 (primaryauction), a total of not less than 1,028 MW of the capacity obligationwas contracted for members of the ENEA Group. The closing price of theauction, which was completed in the first round, is within the rangebetween PLN 367.05 per kW per year and PLN 400.4 per kW per year.

The ENEA Group's portfolio of capacity contracts has been supplementedwith 1,028 MW under renewed one-year contracts, having reached a totalof not less than 1,943 MW for 2026.

These capacity obligations may not be treated as the final outcome ofthe capacity auction. Preliminary results of the auction will bepublished within 3 business days of its completion. The final outcome ofthe capacity auction will be announced by the President of the EnergyRegulatory Office in the authority's Public Information Bulletin on thebusiness day immediately following the 21st day after the completion ofthe capacity auction.
