Body of the report:

The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby reports that thefollowing shareholders had at least 5% of votes at the Company'sOrdinary General Meeting ("OGM") which was held on 28 May 2026:

- State Treasury, which at the OGM held 277,015,422 Enea S.A. shares, towhich 277,015,422 votes were attached, accounting for 72.11% of thetotal number of votes at the OGM and 52.29% of the total number of votesin the Company;

- Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Allianz Polska Open-EndPension Fund], which at the OGM held 26,268,572 Enea S.A. shares, towhich 26,268,572 votes were attached, accounting for 6.84% of the totalnumber of votes at the OGM and 4.96% of the total number of votes in theCompany;

- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny[Nationale-Nederlanden Open-End Pension Fund], which at the OGM held26,300,000 Enea S.A. shares, to which 26,300,000 votes were attached,accounting for 6.85% of the total number of votes at the OGM and 4.96%of the total number of votes in the Company;

- Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" [PZU Złota JesieńOpen-End Pension Fund], which at the OGM held 22,000,000 Enea S.A.shares, to which 22,000,000 votes were attached, accounting for 5.73% ofthe total number of votes at the OGM and 4.15% of the total number ofvotes in the Company.
