The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") announces that on 30September 2016, the Company submitted an offer for the purchase of 100%of the shares of ENGIE Energia Polska S.A.
The offer was made in the manner specified in the process initiated byENGIE, the owner of 100% of the shares of ENGIE Energia Polska S.A.,which is considering the sale.
The desire of the Company to acquire generation assets owned by ENGIEEnergia Polska S.A. is to strengthen the Group's position on the marketwithin electricity generation and is coherent with the new developmentstrategy of Enea Capital Group.
