Endúr ASA – BMO establishing new legal entity to focus on technical railway services

14 January 2026 – BMO Entreprenør AS (“BMO”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA (“Endúr”) is happy to announce it’s recent establishment of a new legal entity to focus on technical railway services (“Newco” until further notice / “The Company”). The Company will operate as a subsidiary of BMO, with certain key employees participating as minority shareholders.

The Company will spearhead Endúr’s enhanced focus towards technical railway and tram projects. The Company will employ critical resources with competence on track assembly, catenary, high and low voltage electro, telecom, fiber, signal and welding etc., and continue Endúr’s and BMO’s investments in rail-mounted machinery and equipment.
