Bergen Group ASA - financial statements for 2009

The Board of Directors of Bergen Group has approved the financial statements for

2009, with an EBITDA of NOK 416 million and a net profit before tax of NOK 158

million. This is in accordance with the preliminary results for 2009, which was

published on February 12th, 2010.

Net profit after taxes is reduced from NOK 90 million to NOK 78 million after

final calculation of taxes.
