Appendix 3B – Share Issue and 708 Notice

Please find attached an Appendix 3B in relation to the issue of 1,250,000 ordinary fully paid shares issued pursuant to the Company’s 15% placement capacity.

The shares have been issued to the Company’s drilling services contractor in lieu of cash consideration for the provision of drilling services and to facilitate an escalation of drilling activities at the Company’s 100% owned Millenium zinc prospect at the Yeneena project.

Also attached is a notice given under section 708 of the Corporations Act in respect of the issue.
