Share Purchase Plan Extended

The Directors of Encounter Resources Limited (‘Encounter”) advise that the closing date for acceptance of applications under the Share Purchase Plan (SPP), announced on 22 September 2015, has been extended from 9 October 2015 to 5:00pm (WST) on Friday 16 October 2015 . The Directors believe that the extension will allow eligible shareholders more time to consider recent announcements made by the Company and take advantage of the SPP Offer.

As a result of the extension to the closing date, the SPP indicative timetable has been revised as follows:
