Resignation of Company Secretary

Encounter Resources Limited (“ Encounter ” or the “Company ”) advises of the resignation of Mr Kevin Hart as Company Secretary effective 12 February 2026.

Executive Chairman, Will Robinson, commented:

"On behalf of the Board and the team at Encounter Resources, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Kevin Hart as he retires from his role as Joint-Company Secretary of Encounter. Kevin has been a trusted advisor and a respected friend for over 20 years.

Kevin has been a constant source of sound judgment and wise counsel. His ability to navigate the intricacies of corporate governance with a steady, thoughtful perspective has been invaluable to me and the Board. We wish Kevin the very best in all his future endeavours.”

The Company confirms that Mr Dan Travers, who has been a joint secretary of the Company since November 2008, continues as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
