2024 Annual General Meeting – Key Dates

Encounter Resources Limited (ASX:ENR) (Encounter or the Company) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024 at 9.00am (AWST).

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of directors is Friday, 18 October 2024. Any valid nomination for the position of director must be received by the Company at its registered office no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 18 October 2024.
