- Emmerson Resources Limited (ERM) Request for voluntary suspension under Listing Rule 17.2
Emmerson Resources Limited (Emmerson) requests a voluntary suspension in respect of its securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, we advise that:
-
(a) Emmerson is seeking the voluntary suspension to enable finalisation of a capital raising;
-
(b) Emmerson is seeking the voluntary suspension to assist in maintaining an orderly market in the trading of the company’s securities and managing its disclosure obligations;
-
(c) Emmerson requests the voluntary suspension until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday 11 October 2017 or Emmerson making an announcement to the market concerning the capital raising; and
-
(d) Emmerson is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
