Despatch of Prospectus for Non-renounceable Entitlements Issue

Emmerson Resources Limited (ASX: ERM) confirms that the prospectus dated 24 February 2014 and the Supplementary Prospectus dated 11 March 2014 for a pro rata nonrenounceable entitlement issue on the basis of one (1) Share for every four (4) Shares held at an issue price of $0.025 per Share has been despatched to shareholders together with personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms.
