Emmerson Resources Limited (“Company” or “Emmerson”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Rod Wheatley as Company Secretary following the resignation of Mr Paul Mason effective from 22 March 2021.
Rod is a CPA qualified accountant and has over 13 years’ experience in finance and accounting within the resources industry. Rod was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Altura Mining Limited and prior to that Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Avenira Limited.
The Board acknowledges and thanks the valuable contribution Paul has made during his tenure and wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.
