Change of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Emmerson Resources Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Trevor Verran as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer following the resignation of Mr Shane Volk.

Trevor is a Certified Practising Accountant with extensive experience in both the accounting profession and the mining industry having held a senior position in an international firm of accountants and more recently the provision of accounting, financial management and company secretarial services for a number of public mining companies including Polaris Metals NL (Company Secretary and CFO from 2004 to 2011) and Northern Uranium Limited.

The Board acknowledges and thanks the valuable contribution Shane Volk has made to the company since listing in 2007 and wish him all the very best in the future.
