ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Emmerson Resources Limited (ASX: ERM) (Emmerson) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10.00am (WST) on Thursday, 16 November 2023.

In addition, under Emmerson’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 5 October 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 5 October 2023 at the Emmerson’s Registered Office.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Explanatory Memorandum in a separate announcement. The Notice of Meeting will be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and Emmerson’s website at www.emmersonresources.com.au.
